how about house items that you buy with cash they would give slightly more awake but not to high say like you own a house then you can buy a pool the pool would give 100 extra awake you could upgrade the pool to get 200 extra awake but it wont be cheap it would cost a lot to get the items they arent vought in shops it would be in the house with a drop down bar to buy them when you sell a house or move into a new house the items move into the new house but if you sell the house to become homeless the items will be lost and you would have to buy them again |

when you sell a house or move into a new house the items move into the new house isnt to sell its to downgrade the house |

with buying items it could help out in a new way as well like say buying a garden would give extra awake but if staff bought out seeds to grow plants like Cocaine or Heroin or any sort of drug that can be grown |

I like the idea but like actual real estate i would think any improvements made would stay with house you made them to altho i can see it increasing the selloff price a little... say one quarter to one third the buying price |
